Kate supports and educates her clients, so they are ready to navigate their nutrition no matter what life throws at them without the "screw it" mentality, guild, or endless dieting cycles. She is also a co-founder of the results-based strength training program "Mezzostrength"!
Kate has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, a Master's degree in Public Health, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
When Kate is not helping her clients, you can find her playing spike ball, hiking, mountain biking, or enjoying the nature of Mexico!
