Dragonfruit Chia Jam
Honestly, I WANT to say that this was as complicated to make as it looks but it was BEYOND easy to make and just as delicious! You literally just combine a few ingredients in a jar and in a few hours, you have hot pink jam! So fun!
I use the jam to layer my chia seed pudding or overnight oats, top my GG crackers for a snack or just eat with fresh fruit.
Seriously, even if you don't cook, you NEED to make this super easy recipe!
Dragonfruit Chia Jam
Serves: 9
INGREDIENTS:
2 Pitaya Plus Smoothie Pack (Unsweetened)
3 TBSP Chia Seeds
2 TBSP Raw Organic Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS:
Allow smoothie packs to thaw on counter.
Once dragonfruit has thawed, combine all ingredients in a mason jar
Stir all ingredients until well combined. Cover with lid and refrigerate for 4 hours or until jam has thickened.
